Though the time has changed a lot, but the need to be in relationship is unstopable...But there is a change in the form, type and sustainability of the relations. Today's world is super fast. Students are born to compete and employees, to sell. Science and technology are at the top and infrastructural conditions at the bottom...This is the current scenario in the developing and under developed nations. It is hard to keep away from confusion in this world, where problems and development are flowing hand-in-hand.
In such a confused state of mind...a person become possessive about the relations. She expect more from such relations. The support rather than the responsibility in the relations become more important to such person....and if any relation fails to give, then new attachments are made... This irony is equally applicable to all relationships whether blood or otherwise.
In the countries like my India...it's comman to see nuclear families in the cities. But that doesn't mean to break the relation...but to avoid the direct contact...and therefore this responsibility comes on FB, What's app, mails... The intense desire to meet get kill and we loose the real binding force of relations...that is Touch.
I am not old to say this...but today's generation is really fast. Children are expert in judging their parents and parents are expecting more and more from their child right from the birth itself. Parent pupil relation is becoming more delicate in today's world. Its like a Tug-of-war between these two...children are confused about how to share the daily happenings around them and parents too are confused that how they keep away their child from unnecessary things and make them focused on carrier choices.
Interestingly, there is flooding of non blood relationships. Someone who likes our comment on FB becomes a friend and if he/she posted a thing which we don't like become foe. In reality we don't even know each other. Everything is vertual over there...I think that's why they call it as vertual reality.
Everyone needs to be in relationship...but if unsatisfied, they needs a quick escape from it... One way, it is justifiable according to the personal choice of freedom. But my friend by considering the good out comes of the relations...they must be cherished. And for that reason my friend it is equally important to understand the responsibility than the expectations, in maintaining the relations....
Thank you.
Sushil.
